This Agreement is entered between Jovial Trip and the registered member ("User") of the "www.jovialtrip.co.in", which is a website developed and owned by Jovial Trip . The use of websites/web pages by the User shall be governed as per the terms and conditions contained herein.
WHEREAS
Jovial Trip Provides tour and other related services websites/web pages ("Website") to the User through "www.jovialtrip.co.in"; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises hereinafter made by the parties hereto, it is agreed as follows:
SERVICE FEE
With respect to the fee to be paid by the User to Jovial Trip for the purchase of a tour package, It is agreed that the same shall be agreed between the User and Jovial Trip on the basis of the package selected by the User. User is required to pay the entire service fee to Jovial Trip at the time of the purchase of the package. However, the use of www.jovialtrip.co.in by the User is free of charge. It is agreed that Jovial Trip or any of its associates/affiliates does not guarantee, warranty or promise any form of return or income. Any income accrued to the User will purely depend on the User's performance.
TERM AND TERMINATION
The initial term of the provision of Services shall be 12 months from the date of registration of the User on www.jovialtrip.co.in. At the expiry of 12 months, the provision of Services shall be automatically renewed for a further period of 12 months subject to earlier termination by either party. Jovial Trip may terminate this Agreement at any time without any prior notice or by serving a notice of such termination at the email address of the User as registered with Jovial Trip . if in its sole judgment; the User has committed breach of any term or condition of this Agreement. Any activity by the User violating any terms and conditions, defaming Jovial Trip and www.jovialtrip.co.in to sell tours of Jovial Trip and services or promoting Jovial Trip as an investment Jovial Trip shall result in termination from the system and all payouts attributable to the User on such date of termination shall be withheld.
MODIFICATION OF SERVICES
Jovial Trip and its promoters reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) by issuing proper notifications on its website i.e.www.jovialtrip.co.in. User agrees that Jovial Trip shall not be liable to any site-user or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
